Assuming a plan sponsor has elected to receive some type of health information, what will First Health provide?
First Health will provide de-identified health information or summary health information as those terms are defined within the privacy rule to a plan sponsor. If a member of the plan sponsors workforce needs PHI to perform plan administrator functions, we will provide the PHI at their direction to such individuals.
