Association Board & Dues – What is the cost and what do they include?
The association dues will be approximately $100 month and shall include: lawn maintenance and snow removal, upkeep and care of the common elements. Cable or internet providers shall be homeowner selected. Insurance on each villa shall be maintained by the homeowner. And, pets are always welcomed. An additional $100/mo. shall be collected to maintain an individual account for future repairs of each villa. The association will be responsible to arrange all repairs of the exterior maintenance for you, and all repairs will be paid from this account. Any monies not used after ownership ceases, will be totally refunded.
