Associate/Disassociate a Monitor in IView: How can I associate a monitor to a new patient in IView if another patient is still associated with that monitor?
Remember to disassociate the patient before they are transferred in the Allegra system. If the patient has not been disassociated and you have a new admit, you can click the Associate Monitor icon, click Yes on the pop-up warning and the new patient will be associated with the monitor. Note: If you have to do this, remember not to use any vitals prior to when the new patient is in the bed.
