ASSESSMENTS Q. When are dues paid and what is the HOA fee, semiannual monthly or what, and how much is the assessment?
A. Dues are paid semiannually in January and then again in July and are $150 for 2010. If you have a financial hardship you may work out, on an individual case basis, a payment arrangement with the office for a slight additional cost.
