Aspies and Neurotypical?

0

Aspie is an affectionate term for people with Asperger’s Syndrome (AS), although some people despise this term. My son and I have Asperger’s and I quite like the term. I also don’t mind being called ‘quirky’. Neurotypical is a term used for people with conventional brain wiring ie NOT Asperger’s. Sometimes people with Neurotypical brains get called “Tippies”. These terms are not intended to offend, but some people will always take offense to something.
