Also, as an important side note; we do not maintain a large office, most of our agents work primarily from home offices in their local communities. Most of our work, business communications and the like are done via the phone, fax, internet and email; because of these combined factors our overhead is significantly lower than those brokerages doing business the traditional, out-dated, in- efficient way; enjoying luxury downtown offices that clients rarely or never utilize at all. These combined factors allow us to pass even more savings to our clients.
