, it’s the country itself that must get involved, in other words, the government. You can try contacting OLPC, but unfortunately in the first deployment stages NGOs & charities are not currently eligible, maybe in the near future. I would suggest lobbying the Liberian government officials about the project so that they make contact with OLPC.
