As we proceed to identify our schools needs, what is the agenda against which the needs are identified: testing, learning needs?
The focus of these efforts is to improve teaching performance and student learning. This initiative is not about a specific test. The identification of needs should consider pedagogical requirements, instructional strategies and mastery of content that will improve the delivery of instruction and move students forward.
