We don’t require a lot of land. We have our 13,000-square-foot facility here, and there’s still a lot of expansion we can do in that. We can expand to a factor of three or five without having to increase our physical space. We would, however, need to add people, equipment and internal building modifications. We have two big classes of employees. One is fabrication technicians and processing technicians. These are people who build wafers, packagers and people who test parts and maintain equipment. It’s a high-level position, definitely making a living wage. The other class is our engineers, of which we have eight. They typically have a (Master of Science) or (Bachelor of Science) degree. We have been able to attract people from outside of Central Oregon, from places like Portland, which is our primary draw, though we did recruit one engineer from Bend.
