As the POC for my DOE organization, am I responsible for reviewing and submitting documents in the possession of our contractors, such as Los Alamos?
A. Each DOE organization is responsible for naming a POC for itself and POCs for their contractor or laboratory organizations. The POCs for contractors and laboratories are responsible for identifying and segregating their own potentially relevant documents and submitting them to CACI or retaining them as appropriate. The DOE POC may choose to consolidate both DOE and contractor or laboratory estimates and shipments of potentially relevant documents.
