As the IOOs are responsible for developing the contract template with providers, is there a preferred template that MeHI would share with IOOs?
Contract terms and conditions are spelled out in the Preferred Health Records Vendor Regional Extension Center Participation Agreement and the Certified Implementation Optimization Organization Regional Extension Center Participation and Direct Assistance Agreement. These agreements have a table in Attachment B. that states IOO Vendor, EHR Vendor and Provider responsibilities.
