As prices are differentiated by region, geographical location (city) within the country?
The most expensive remains the Emirate of Dubai, which began construction of the torch and the first announced the sale of real estate to foreigners. Following behind him and pulled the rest – now a foreign buyer may buy property in Abu – Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Kayvayne, Ras Al Heyme, to turn east coast of the country – emirate of Fujairah. Prices in the other emirates is much lower, often 2 -3 times more than in Dubai. This is understandable in terms of prestige and status of infrastructure in these emirates. But there is rapidly rising prices.
