Any team or service re-organisation is unlikely to be a direct consequence of the Foundation Trust process. We have been and will continue to be an evolving organisation that responds to our commissioners, proposes change and development that is considered to be of benefit to the population we serve and, as a Foundation Trust, will be able to respond to the views of our members.
