No. Prepare a floppy containing the following files SM7., SM7.CI_, and BWCC.DLL (if you create new audiovisual items then add yet 0.BMP and 0.WAV). Copy all these files to a single directory and that shall suffice to run SuperMemo on an computer provided with Windows.
