As conflicts do occasionally occur, how are they resolved?

HeadHunter Health Exchange Administrators handle conflict resolution by initially contacting each party involved to ensure the conflict isn’t a result of a communication error. If an easy remedy does not exist, HeadHunter Health Exchange serves as the nonpartisan mediator throughout the process until a successful outcome has been reached.
