Three trips. During the first trip (Phase I) you will take the written test (CJ-BAT) and Physical Abilities Test (PAT). The second trip is for Phase II, the polygraph examination. Your third trip is for Phase III, which combines the psychological exam, the eye exam, and the medical exam.
