As an Interchange Timeshare (Qld) Member, when am I going to see my account details and Credits available online with DAE, and can I use the same Account number and Password to login?
As you can appreciate, there is a lot of work involved in integrating the ITQ database into the one system with DAE. As members of ITQ contact us with any new requests or questions about their ITQ account, we are creating new accounts for them in the DAE system, or combining their ITQ account details with their existing DAE account (if they have one) to give them online access immediately. Additionally, we are working as quickly as possible to create new accounts, transferring the details from the ITQ account over, and making contact with all members to advise them of the new DAE Account number and password to use to gain online access.
