As an institution, is there any way to provide an email address for my researchers to contact me via the ResearcherID interface?

Yes. Contact Global Customer Support science.thomsonreuters.com/support and request that an email address be associated with the information you supplied as sponsor name. The email address will be displayed on the registration form. • Is it possible for an administrator to upload many institutions at once? Yes. This can be done as one upload. Each researcher would be associated with one sponsor, but also be associated with their own institution. Please see technical documentation for more details. • Can an account created by ResearcherID Upload be deleted? How? Yes. The researcher or upload institution would need to contact Global Customer Support and request the account be deleted. Please provide your ResearcherID number when providing such a request. • If two ResearcherID accounts have been created for the same person can the accounts be merged? Not at this time. We suggest the researcher choose the account they want to keep and request the other be deleted. See the previous question
