Simply click on the Register button on the right side of the home page. From here you will have an option to sign up for a Membership (Free) or a Premium Membership ($14.95/month or $149.50/year). If you opt for a Premium Membership, you will be able to subscribe online with a major credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover).
