As an Attorney am I entitled to practice outside of NY or CA?
Admission in NY or CA does not per se entitle you to practice in any other state. Admission as an Attorney is on a state-by-state basis in the US. Some states have a “reciprocity” arrangement which allows attorneys to waive in without examination. The candidate should check the actual situation directly with the admitting authority.
