As an ATHP, if I have any servers in a stopped state (i.e. configured but not running/active) will I be billed for usage?
You will NOT be billed for usage on a TeamSpeak server that is in a stopped state. However, please remember that usage and licensing is based on the AVERAGE monthly slot count. For example, if you have a 50 slot server that was online from September 1st through September 15th, but then you stopped that server or shut it down from September 16th through September 30th, you will be billed for 25 slots total because this is the average usage for the ENTIRE MONTH of September.
