As an artist who publishes in New Melodies, am I subscribing any sort of contract or deal with a record label or publisher?
You are not. In essence, the only thing you are declaring is that your own the rights or have permission to publish a song, and you assume total responsibility over it, while you authorize New Melodies to make it available to the audience in exchange for the agreed payment and in accordance with the ‘Terms & Conditions’ of the website. New Melodies does not control you career, your music, or your public image. There are no deadlines, fees, nor commissions. There is no small print. The contract ends as soon as you take your work off New Melodies.
