All Trading/Transportation Members are required to agree to arbitration through Blue Book Services on any and all disputes or misunderstandings with another Trading or Transportation Member which they are unable to settle between themselves. Assistance in these matters can be obtained by calling the Blue Book Services’ Trading Assistance group at 630 668-3500.
