AS A SUPERVISOR, HOW DO I COMMUNICATE INFORMATION ABOUT THE EAPTO EMPLOYEES?
Information on the EAP should ideally be communicated prior to the identification of a problem. Supervisors are asked to hold a short informational meeting to share information about the EAP with their employees. New employees will hear about the EAP during orientation. And, of course, employees experiencing performance problems should be reminded of the program. To request quantities of the the following EAP materials, please contact us at healthquest@khpa.ks.gov or call 785-296-5624: EAP Brochures EAP Wallet Cards (for state agencies only) For questions or concerns, contact the EAP program administrator at 785-296-4304.
