Limitations are imposed on small businesses who are awarded contracts through special procurement programs such as service-disabled veteran-owned small business, 8(a), HUBZone programs and small business set-asides. Limits are not specified when conducting full and open competitions or competitions utilizing Federal Supply Schedule sources.
