As a responder, your TGQ number is the requester’s ILL number. The ILL number is generated by the requester’s system, and may not be in the range currently used by the Libraries Australia server. ILL numbers generated by the ISO requester’s system may also be alpha numeric. The TGQ sequence can be searched using the TGQ search on your requests screen.
