As a registered Hauler you must fill out and submit a Hauler Inventory Transfer Form (HIT). OTS will pay the transportation incentive to the registered Hauler who initially picked up the tires. It is up to the registered Haulers to work out a deal of how that transportation incentive will be split up. OTS does not provide any extra incentive to offset the costs associated with the transfer of tires between registered Haulers. OTS assumes that the Haulers will conduct this trade in the most economic manner available to them.
