A complete claim is: • Filing of all applicable Collector forms: • Tire Collection Receipt (TCR) • Dedicated Off the Road Tire Collection (DOT) • Unregistered Collectors Receipt (UCR) • OTS has provided an Excel spread sheet available on-line on the OTS website for reporting on inventory collected by haulers from the site.
