As a registered Collector what happens if an Ontario Resident brings in 5 or more tires at a time?
As a registered Collector under the approved Used Tires Program you agree to accept up to four (4) tires, for which you agreed to accept, at no charge from any Ontario resident without them having to make a purchase. After accepting the first four (4) initial tires, at no charge, any other tires in addition to the four may be charged a fee at your discretion. Tires that have been administered this additional fee will not be eligible for OTS Collection Allowance.
