As a provider of services for the Bureaus reemployment services program, how long does it take to get paid?
The average turn-around time from receipt of an invoice to the date a check is mailed to a vendor is about 3 weeks. However, after July 1, 2003, all vendors doing business with the bureau must be registered in MyFloridaMarketPlace. If an invoice is received from a vendor who has not registered with MyFloridaMarketPlace, there may be delays in the processing and payment of an invoice because of vendor registration issues. To register with MyFloridaMarketPlace, go to http://www.myflorida.com and click on “MyFloridaMarketPlace/ePro” under “Hot Topics.” Vendors will be asked for their Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), sequence number and possibly a PIN. Each vendor who has done business with the State of Florida has a State-assigned sequence number.
