As a Processor or Recycled Product Manufacturer (RPM), what benefits do I receive under the Used Tires Program?
Processors that register with the Program receive Processing Incentives upon sale of the Tire Derived Products (TDPs) to appropriate end uses. These Processing Incentives have been developed taking into account the markets for different types of TDPs, in order to encourage the production of higher-value added products. For more details, please see the Operational Registrant’s Guidebook. RPMs that register with the Program will have their name displayed on the OTS website and may receive Manufacturing Incentives upon proof of sale of these products based on rules to be established by the Program to fairly allocate a maximum annual Manufacturing Incentive. Recycled product technologies that are eligible for these incentives include moulded goods, calendered goods and extruded goods.
