As a private bedroom with ensuite owner, what other ongoing expenses are my responsibility?
Ongoing expenses for heat, hydro, taxes water, sewage, propane, insurance and general household expenses, including food and staff wages are shared by individual suit owners. The total operating expenses are equally divided amongst the members in the household. Most operating expenses are estimated at $1,200.00 $1,800.00 per month depending on the location and defining features of the building. Suite owners will be expected to participate in the regular meetings scheduled to manage the household operating budget.
