No and yes. If you are a prior enlisted Marine and have serviceable woodland utilities with the Marine Corps emblem on the pocket, they may be worn in the field only, and they will have US Navy nametapes on them. All midshipmen will have at least 1 set of utilities without the Marine Corps emblem for wear in garrison.
