As a pilot (officer) in the british army air corps, would i ever fly the apache ?
In the British Army Air Corps they do not have pilot officers. All ranks in this organisation are as per the British Army. As to whether you would fly the Apache, well that is purely down to your aptitude. I believe that it is only the top 2% of helicopter pilots who qualify to fly this awesome machine. You would do well to read the book Apache by Ed Macy, a most excellent and informative read. A quick search on Amazon will get you there.
