As a Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) employee, am I covered by the guidelines issued for appropriated fund employees?
In the event of an emergency or natural disaster, eligible NAF employees are authorized to receive evacuation pay, transportation, and subsistence allowances under the same guidelines as appropriated fund employees. NAF pay, leave, and benefits are comparable to those provided to appropriated fund employees, but may differ in procedures and guidelines.
