As a Non-residential customer, I receive a bill for the “water” service but have a septic tank. Do I have to pay the Bay Restoration Fee?

Yes. Your existing water billing authority will add the Bay Restoration “Septic” Fee to your the water bill starting January 1, 2005. The Fee will be calculated @ $2.50 per month for each septic system/holding tank. If you receive a quarterly bill, the Fee will be $7.50 (for 3 months).
