Yes. Once you enroll in the classes for a certificate, you are considered a student at the Monterey Institute, with access to all resources, faculty and staff. For the Development Project Management Institute, you can be studying at another university or be a working professional, and opt to take the intensive three week program. You do not enroll as an official student at the Monterey Instiute for DPMI, although you do have access to the facilities (if attending the DPMI program in Monterey) and faculty/staff.
