As a new Nycomed employee, when would I be able to enroll for benefits? Would my service with Bradley carry over?

Employees transitioning to Nycomed will enroll for benefits in March, with an April 1 effective date. Full-time employees are immediately eligible for all benefits except the Pension Plan. To enroll in the Pension Plan, employees must be at least 20 years old and have at least six continuous months of employment. Bradley service, starting with the original date of hire, will carry over and be used for calculating eligibility for benefits.
