The amount of education an attorney owes is based on the number of months in the compliance period that the attorney is subject to. If an attorney is subject to the MCLE requirement for an entire compliance period, s/he owes the Regular MCLE Requirement. If an attorney is subject to the MCLE requirement for a portion of the compliance period, the requirement is prorated.
