In order for a King or Queen to rebirth or defect, their Kingdom must be empty (no members). Set a Kingdom Password in the Politics section, request your active members to leave the Kingdom and banish inactive Counties; this can be accomplished over the course of a few days. Once the Kingdom is empty, a King or Queen will be allowed to “close” the Kingdom by either rebirthing, defecting or creating another Kingdom. Once the Kingdom is closed, all Relics owned by that Kingdom are returned to the World and the Kingdom’s name will be available for later use in the Round.
