As a homeowner, when can I expect the scheduled inspection for my installed waterheater or repairs?
In order to accommodate our homeowners, The City of Keller is implementing a new policy beginning April 19, 2010. Scheduled inspection for home occupied repairs and unit replacements (i.e. water heater change outs, gas line repairs, HVAC replacements, etc.) will be performed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on the day the inspection is requested. This policy does not apply to new construction projects, addition/alteration projects or miscellaneous-type permits. If special accommodations are needed for these types of inspections, please contact the inspector, Don Sheffield, at (214) 384-0309 between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. to arrange.
