As a Eurostar Plus member can I claim points for tickets booked via compensation?
Only journeys booked on the Eurostar website www.eurostar.com are valid for points and since compensation tickets cannot be booked online they will not be valid for points. I’ve been credited with the wrong number of points. Points are allocated based on the amount spent with one point given for every euro/pound spent.
