Yes. For users that receive water bills and are on septic tanks, you must add Bay Restoration “Septic” Fee on their water bills starting January 1, 2005, for billing periods ending on or after January 1, 2005. The Fee should be calculated at $2.50 per month per household. If you send out quarterly bills, the Fee will be $7.50 (for 3 months).
