For users that receive water bills and are on septic tanks, you must add Bay Restoration “septic” fee on the water bills starting January 1, 2005, for billing periods ending on or after January 1, 2005. The Fee should be calculated at $2.50 per month per household/user. The frequency should be based on your existing billing system. If you send out quarterly bills, the fee will be $7.50 (for 3 months).
