As a simple example, for those who want to output reports as PDFs, the creation of a single line text file will enable you to create a file name for the PDF without user intervention. Should you wish to preview the PDF, simply place the word ‘Preview’ in the first line of the text file. The resultant PDF will entitled ‘Preview.pdf’ and will be discarded after viewing.
