No, as a Deferral Candidate, you do not have to pay these fees again. However, if you chose to register for the FRM Exam Part II on the same day as Part I, you would still have to pay the Exam Registration Fee for Part II. Please note that if you fail to successfully complete the FRM Program in the required 4 year time period after passing Part I, you will have to re-enroll in the Program as a new candidate and pay all applicable fees.
