As a Command Pilot, what is my liability on an AFW flight?

0

AFW flights have the same status as any flight made with passengers by a private pilot, under Part 91 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. Each of your Angel Flight West passengers will need to sign a Waiver of Liability before boarding the plane. This waiver covers you, the pilot, as well as the Angel Flight West organization. Please mail or fax the waiver to the Angel Flight West office before you take off.
