As a business customer, when can I begin making a transfer / payment in Business Internet Banking?
Business Internet Banking customers must perform initial set up steps before transactions can be performed. Please refer to the Initial Set Up section in the Business Internet Banking User Guide for details. The User Guide can also be found within the Small Business section of this website. The two initial steps you will need to complete are outlined in the User Guide: 1. Change your Signature Group by going to the secure site of Business Internet Banking > Access & Security menu > View/Change/Delete User 2.
