If you are traveling internationally, please arrive the Wednesday before your session begins. If traveling from afar within the United States (e.g. California, Texas), it is best to arrive the Thursday afternoon or evening before your session begins, in order to be available for the Friday registration between 2-5 pm and the first communal dinner at 6:30 on Friday evening.
