• ARLO is an online publishing capability. It displays color, and can accept multimedia files (e.g. audio and video) at no additional cost. The article will be searchable through its title, authors, key words, abstract and references. • ARLO is a rapid publication capability. The review process and posting of articles online can occur in as little as one month from the time of manuscript submission. ARLO articles will be published on an “article at a time” basis, and then will appear collectively in the printed, online, and CD-ROM versions of JASA. • Manuscript Management System (MMS). All articles are submitted, reviewed, and processed online over the world wide web using either of the popular browsers – Netscape or Internet Explorer – both of which are free for downloading. • ARLO allows only one revision cycle.
